ABOUT US

We believe life’s transitions deserve more than logistics. When it’s time to make decisions about a home and all it holds, we’re here to bring clarity, compassion, and a little more ease to the process.

A home is never just a collection of things. It holds memories, milestones, and the pieces of a life well lived. We’re not simply managing an estate sale, we’re helping families honor what has been, lighten what they have to carry, and move into what comes next with confidence.

CARE FOR WHAT COMES NEXT

We understand how complicated it can feel to sort through a lifetime of belongings while carrying everything else that comes with change. We started this work to make those transitions easier for families by offering calm, capable support, clear communication, and a thoughtful process from first walk-through to final lock-up. Whether you’re managing an estate, helping a loved one downsize, or simply overwhelmed by a full house and a tight timeline, our goal is simple: to clear the home with care while honoring the stories it holds.

Tiffany Leake
Family Engagement Director

As a proud St. Louis native, Tiffany's roots run deep in community, service, and family. She was raised in a close-knit family where showing up for one another was simply part of everyday life. That foundation guides how she connects with our families, with care, patience, and genuine understanding during important transitions.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Urban Affairs from Harris-Stowe State University and later completed a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology from Webster University. Her work has always centered people; how we live, how we care for one another, and how we honor each stage of life with respect and intention.
